It's up to the parents to check how many weeks in the upcoming term and complete this payment BEFORE the commencement of each term. 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or the lesson in forfeited. Unless it's due to an emergency or illness then the lesson is credited. With notice given the lesson can be made up or credited to be made up in the future. Or with notice given; it can be discounted off the following terms fee and paid by bank transfer if it's a different amount to the options here. If you know ahead of time that your child will miss a week or two weeks during the upcoming term you can purchase the 8 or 9 Week Term options to pay the correct amount.
